Good stuff, Zach … a great synopsis of this horrible season. I can’t dispute any of your observations. Particularly galling to me has been Tracy’s ‘Variable’ approach to the everyday line-up. It’ll actually be of interest during the upcoming off-season whether your identified “F” eventuates. And, I’ve appreciated your (and all the other writers, too) commentary throughout the season … a great blend of astute observations, logical and statistical support, plus humor and a bit of irreverance.
